Established by Owner and President Arnie Meranski in 1991, Western Centers is highly regarded in the industry for its expertise in the re-development and repositioning of retail shopping centers. From recognizing an under-performing retail property to developing strategies to maximize its value, our hands on ownership enables us to enhance values for our partners, as well as optimize the tenant mix and operation of each shopping center.
