Western Building Services was developed to offer our tenants a more affordable and accessible option for their maintenance needs. Since its formation in 2015, WBS has grown exponentially and is proud to offer property management services from light bulb changes to HVAC repairs, and provides full construction and development of new projects. Western Building Services is a Licensed Class-A General Contracting company with over 100 years of combined experience, and is the proud maintenance service provider for all of the Western Centers shopping centers.

Some of Western Building Services most recent projects include:

• Aurora Hemp Marketplace – new building facade, paint, signage, and tenant improvements.
• La Sagesse Nature Center – new furniture and design remodel in guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Fix and Flips – single family homes in Las Vegas, NV; Denver, CO; and Steamboat Springs, CO.
• Snow Bowl – complete redesign and remodel of bowling alley, restaurant, bar, and seating area.
